Terms And Conditions
Information
Your resume/cover letter/resume and cover letter will be written based on information you supply to Interview Connections. You agree to and are responsible for submitting accurate and complete information to Interview Connections initially at the time of placing your order and/or to questions from Interview Connections.
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail within 24 hours of its receipt.
Turnaround time
Normal turnaround time for the draft is 3 - 5 business days from date of receipt. Interview Connections does not guarantee a specific time of completion due to differences associated with each individual project.
Additionally, Interview Connections cannot guarantee a specific time if additional information is needed from you after your initial order. If it is the opinion of Interview Connections that additional information is required, Interview Connections will make all requests via e-mail. Your response is to be typed and provided via a single e-mail. You have 3 business days to provide your response. If your response is not received within this time frame, your order will be closed.
Format And Delivery
Interview Connections will provide the draft and final version of your resume/cover letter/resume and cover letter in Word format via e-mail only.
Revision
The fee charged for resume/cover letter/resume and cover letter includes one revision. Within 5 business days after the draft has been e-mailed to you, you may request one set of revisions via a single e-mail containing all requests or in a single word document attached to an e-mail. If no revisions are received within this time frame, the order will be considered finalized and closed.
Accurate Information
Interview Connections will not be responsible for any misleading or inaccurate information contained in your resume/cover letter/resume and cover letter. You are responsible for the final proofreading and the content of your resume/cover letter/resume and cover letter.
Warranty
Services are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. Requesting services do not guarantee the resume/cover letter/resume and cover letter will get interviews or positions of employment.
Payment
Full payment is due at the time of ordering. Services are not subject to cancellation and fees are not refundable after confirmation of your order is sent by Interview Connections.
Governing Law
Regardless of your place of residence, this Agreement was entered into in Rocky River, Ohio and any dispute will be litigated in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.
